How do I access my prescriptions?
You can access your existing prescriptions by logging into your Carbon Health account on our website or on the patient app.
How do I refell my prescription?
We only refill prescriptions for our primary care patients. If you have been seen at one of our urgent care locations you will either need to schedule a new appointment, or follow up with a primary care doctor.
You can access your existing prescriptions by logging into your Carbon Health account on our website or on the patient app. In the “My Health” section, click prescriptions and select the particular prescription to view it’s details. If it is available for a refill, you will have the option to refill it within the app. Otherwise, we would be happy to help you refill your prescription. Please press 0 to speak to a Carbon Health support specialist.
What if I need a prior authorization for a prescription?
Prior authorizations for a prescription are only available through our primary care service as it usually takes 3-5 days to process a request. If you are visiting an urgent care clinic, a provider will work with you to find an alternative prescription to address your needs.
Referrals
How are mental health referrals handled?
Carbon Health currently offers mental health services to patients in California, however, we are more than happy to make referrals to local providers for patients outside of California. Carbon Health providers are able to make referrals to the Big Health app or Sleepio app at no cost to all patients. Big Health is a digital therapeutic for worry and anxiety. Sleepio is a digital therapeutic for poor sleep.
