I’m seeing “H bAt” on my display. What does that mean?

“H bAt” means the battery is too high. Replace the cuff’s batteries.

I’m seeing “Lo bAt” and an empty battery symbol on my display. What does that mean?

“Lo bAt” means the battery is too low. Replace the cuff’s batteries.

I’m seeing “! + E 1” on my display. What does that mean?

“! + E 1” means the cuff isn’t wrapped, is wrapped incorrectly, or the cuff’s air plug is loose. Refasten the cuff and insert the air tub plug correctly, then measure again.

‍### I’m seeing “! + E 2” (or a torso with lines surrounding it) on my display. What does that mean?

“! + E 2” means excessive body motion has been detected, or the pulse was weak during measurement. Relax for five minutes, then keep still and measure again.

I’m seeing “! + E 3” on my display. What does that mean?

“! + E 3” means the pulse wasn’t detected during measurement. Loosen any clothing on.

I’m seeing “! + E 4” on my display. What does that mean?

“! + E 4” means the measurement failed. Relax for five minutes and then measure again.

I’m seeing “! + EEx” on my display. What does that mean?

“! + EEx” (where “x” is some kind of digital symbol, like 1 or 2) means there was a hardware error. Turn off the monitor, turn it on, and then measure again. If the error appears on the display again, please contact the retailer or our customer service department.

I’m seeing “Err & Usb” on my display. What does that mean?

“Err & Usb” means there was an adapter error (the voltage is too high or too low). Replace the adapter with an authorized adapter.### I’m seeing “! + Out” on my display. What does that mean?

“! + Out” means your measurement was out of range. Relax for a minute, then refasten the cuff and take your measurement again. If the error continues, please contact your physician.
